This Florence rental is located right on the Piazza Santa Croce, a large piazza with the Santa Croce church at one end with many shops, restaurants, and old palazzo on either side. All of the major sites of Renaissance Florence are within a short walk, including the Piazza Signoria, the Uffizi Gallery and the Duomo. The Santa Maria Novella train station is a 15-minute walk, and the closest bus stop is right at the base of the piazza.

This elegant and spacious apartment offers accommodation with comfort and style. The living area has plentiful sofas and chairs, a TV, a working fireplace and three floor-to-ceiling windows which overlook the Piazza Santa Croce. The apartment features original 16th century wood beam ceilings. There is a separate large formal dining room with a dining table and chairs to accommodate 10-12 guests.
The kitchen is modern, large and fully equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster and American coffee maker. The kitchen also has a dining table and chairs for eight.
There are three bedrooms. Each bedroom is spacious, tastefully decorated and furnished with a wardrobe, dresser, and a comfortable seating area. The floors are terra cotta tile and covered by area rugs. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed which can be divided into twin beds. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed which can be separated into twin beds. The third bedroom has twin beds which can be joined to form a queen-size bed; this bedroom also features floor-to-ceiling windows which overlook the piazza.
There are three bathrooms: the first bathroom is tiled in marble and has a bathtub with showerhead, double sink, bidet, and WC. The second bathroom is tiled in bright pink and features a shower with fixed or handheld shower head, sink and WC. The third bathroom also has a shower with handheld or fixed showerhead, sink and WC. There is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.
